The Wheel Inn is the sort of country pub that is nowadays such a rare find that the operation should have some sort of preservation order imposed immediately. The decor is simple and uncluttered, the welcome is easy smiles and cheerful attention, and the beer is well kept. The food, gracious, the food is worth the journey indeed and much better than you would dare to expect. This pub is a perfect example of what can be done with the application of care, attention and talent. Appreciate it with your custom. We cannot afford to lose such a find.
