New owners have renovated this 18th Century Inn and introduced new chefs and a new menu. The view from the gorgeous garden is incredible and on a summer's evening with a glass of something cool cannot be beaten. Food has been sourced from the rich Purbeck produce found in the local area; Game from the Encombe Estate, Lobster from Chapman's Pool, Pork, Lamb and Beef from the valley, Scallops from Lulworth Cove and fish from Poole and Bridport. There is a fine selection of ales, ciders, and wine and always a warm welcome with 3 roaring log fires. Children and dogs very welcome. Now with 2 gorgeous letting rooms that have been renovated to a very high standard.
