What they say
The Fox and Goose is set in the heart of the tranquil village of Greywell, Hampshire. A superb example of a 17th century Inn located just a few miles from exit 5 of the M3 between Hook and Odiham is the ideal place to meet for lunch, dinner or just drinks.

This English Country pub has a relaxed atmosphere and its experienced staff ensure you are well looked after during your visit. There's an excellent choice of Real Cask Conditioned Ales and a good wine list to accompany a superb menu.

The cuisine is mostly traditional English fayre with the emphasis very much on home-made dishes made from local produce and game when available. There are 'Daily Special's on offer and Sundays are aimed at the classic, “Roast Dinner" which changes from week to week.

A nice and peaceful location. I visited this pub a few months ago now, and have promised to return, I visit this area from Scotland a few times a year.. Me and my wife had a very warm welcome. The beer seems a little pricey, but I ordered Doom Bar and it was one of the best ales I have tasted in a long time, my wife had the house red.

There is a specials board and a main menu, of which for such a small pub you are spoilt for choice, although their could be better veggie options, I had the sausage casserole, and my wife the Mushroom Stroganoff, both of the meals were cooked to perfection, and we were both surprised at the large size of portions. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food which is not to bad being the pub was pretty busy that night. We look forward to our next visit. Paul
