This is my favourite pub in Keswick. It's not fancy, but it's friendly and relaxing. The beer is good. There's always a good range of Jennings, Cumberland Ale and Snecklifter seem to be constants. There's usually 3 good guest ales. The food is good, solid, pub grub, but is always reliably good quality.
