Very popular well run place - not a pub but does have proper informal front locals' bar, three Brancaster ales and Woodfordes, lots of wines by the glass, good photographs, bar billiards; middle area with comfortable sofas and newspapers, big airy dining conservatory overlooking tidal marshes, enjoyable bar and restaurant food inc plenty of fish; children welcome, dogs in bar, seats on sun deck with fine views, more under cover on heated terrace, nicely seasidey bedrooms, coast path at bottom of garden, open all day
