Worth a Visit

Handsome renovated old pub with welcoming landlady and friendly locals, enjoyable home-made food, well kept changing ales and good choice of other drinks including organic wines and cider, nice log fire, restaurant; sunny garden behind, attractive village

Returned, as usual, in November. Found the menu to have increased greatly, including items from the local butcher (across the market square). They hosted our group of 15 friends, fed them all well. This pub deserves a Lucky Dip mention.

This is my local when visiting my friends in Northleach. A bit scruffy, but the publican makes a great effort and the place gets nicer every year. Friendly local folks, well-kept Banks's, improving food. Worth a try.
