Man at Arms

if you want a good meal with a pleasant atmosphere then avoid this pub at all costs. The food was burnt and the staff seem to have lost the will to live. We were served by a young man who was obviously trying very hard and he was the best part about the whole experience. Nobody came to ask if we were okay or how the meal was- I think they knew . We were not welcomed or acknowledged on leaving and when I wrote to King Henry Taverns to complain all I received was a letter thanking me for my observations!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn't complain at the time as we all know what happens if we send food back!!!! It's such a shame as this pub had an excellent reputation which has now been tarnished.
