Dating back to 1720, Ye Horn's Inn is a family owned traditional coaching inn located in Goosnargh a village close to Preston in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. Holders of the 'Taste Lancashire' award, the restaurant serves freshly cooked food sourced from the area. The inn serves locally brewed real ales and has once again been included in the 'Good Pub Guide 2010'. The inn also offers 4 star accommodation with six individually appointed en-suite rooms. Ye Horns is a great place to eat delicious food, sample real ales, take a break and explore Lancashire.

Should be in the main guide ... again ! Very friendly inn, a little off the beaten track, but not that far from the M55 and M6. Child friendly, serving half portions, plus finding an ice cream ! Well kept Bowland Ales (£2.85 per pint).
Excellent fish - I had halibut. All food sourced locally. Only 'minor' downside is vegetables were on the well cooked side ! If you want to eat at peak times, probably best to book, as was very popular.
Looked to be caravan campsite in grounds. very nice garden - would be wonderful on a warm summer evening.
Recommended.
