I used to like this pub.

However, the past 3 years it has gone downhill badly with the poor food & service.

My girlfriend & I had such a bad experience in there once that we wrote a letter of complaint to them.

We didn't even get an acknowledgement from them. We haven't been there since.

It has been reported in a local paper recently that the owners of this pub have been fined for lack of health & safety.

I can't say I'm surprised.
