Under the new licensee, the good, often interesting food might include open sandwiches, sharing deli boards (charcuterie, fish or antipasti), crayfish and chive risotto, lamb burger with mint sauce and chips, confit duck leg with plum chutney, braised pig's trotter with ham and morels with potato truffle purée and apple and black pudding salad, and salmon and scallops with aubergine caviar, sundried tomato purée and pesto dressing; they offer a two and three-course set evening menu.
