Certainly one of the best pubs in Manchester city centre, and its varying state neon sign is a major landmark on the Salford-wards tram route. Jennings' Cumberland seems to be a regular, together with one of their other regular beers. Guests seem to tend to come from north and west of Manchester where the Knott down the road seems to concentrate on the south and east, although that could just be me.
