Using home-grown vegetables and other local produce, the good value bar food includes lunchtime sandwiches, ham hock terrine with pickle, potted shrimp and crab, venison carpaccio with hot and sour beetroot, cajun spiced chicken with sweet chilli sauce, cod and chips with mushy peas, mushroom and halloumi stack, and rib-eye steak with peppercorn sauce.
