Usefully open for food all day including a fine breakfast from 9.30am, there might be open sandwiches, goats cheese and rosemary pannacotta with a sweet and spicy tomato relish, steak and kidney in ale pie, chicken saltimbocca with spring onion mash and smoked aubergine caponata, rolled, slow-cooked lamb with apricots, paprika and mustard, and scallops and tiger prawns with pasta, garlic, Pernod, cream and herbs; they also offer a two- and three-course set menu.
