Bargain Pub of the Year

Looking for Value

Every year The Good Pub Guide seeks out the best value in great pub food across the country to award the coveted Bargain Pub of the Year title. We need your help in our annual national search which will follow with a winner announced in October.

There are many bargain offers out there: two for one early bird suppers, free drink with every main or just tasty two-course lunches at rock-bottom prices. We want to know about value for money – real quality at a price that is right. Help us to cut through the hyperbole and froth and tell us, and all the other Good Pub Guide readers, where the best deals are. In these straightened times pubs are doing everything they can to survive and the more people who hear about a truly exceptional deal in their local the more customers it will get – and that will keep the pub open and prices down!

Add your suggestions to the Comments field below and spread the good news far and wide – and we will also use it when deciding upon our winner! To give you a few ideas – these are the pubs nominated in this year’s Guide

Comments

The Anchor in Shapwick, Dorset has superb food at very reasonable prices. Compared to other pubs in the surrounding areas serving similar quality food, this one stands out.
