The Windmill is a Victorian building was originally trading as a nightclub called the Topaz until it was turned into a traditional London pub in 1988. It became The Windmill that we now know and love within the Youngs family in 1990. Husband and wife, Pauline and Carl Smith have been managing The Windmill for the past 15 years and are passionate about providing warm hospitality and offering the best in British food and drink. No less than 6 real ales are offered at any one time which go very nicely with a pie, crowned the best in Britain no less than 3 times.
