Hi, I’m Paulo Brammer, Drinks Operations Manager for the award-winning ETM pub group owned by Tom and Ed Martin.

My job is basically to handle all the booze, liaise with our suppliers and choose all wet products from cocktails and spirits to draft and real ales – it’s a hard life, but someone’s got to do it!

Our family of pubs includes the riverside Gun in Docklands, The Botanist on Sloane Square and nearby Cadogan Arms on King’s Road, the Hat and Tun in Farringdon, The Well in Clerkenwell and East London locals The Empress of India in Victoria Park and The Prince Arthur in London Fields.
